I get them wanting to wait for ticker change to release financials but they shouldn't have promised us them at a certain time if they knew it was going to be out of their hands with ticker. There should have been a pr by now telling us why they haven't released them by now, especially considering that this is the second date they have missed for the financials. I get wanting to be optimistic but anyone sticking up for them on this issue at this point is just in denial. It's well within their power to issue a statement on these matters and anyone with a sense of right and wrong knows that that is in order, yet here we sit being totally ignored by these guys.
