The release was actually issued through Accesswire which is a legitimate wire service. It just appears their distribution may miss a few spots for whatever reason.
I agree totally that they are doing exactly what they said. It's hard to not consider today's news as yet more evidence of such.
Wasn't being negative at all, just think the more people who are privy to what the company is doing, the better off all shareholders will be.
Remember, I have long stated my target personally is for a penny or better, much like MYEC. In particular, I'm glad to see they acquired todays IP asset for predominantly shares, this indicates its seller believes they have real value and potentially more value in the future.
I also like that with the ability to now leverage equity, they could affect a roll up strategy of some smaller guys in the space and consolidate them to a nice little company generating possibly some nice revenues and earnings. The plan appears to be coming together as management indicated it would.
