Actually, that statement is true.

Robertson cost about $9k/month when the lease expired and the landlord wanted to increase the rent. At that time that store was losing money.

Now there will be a new store, new identity and clothing. This store is being opened within the current warehouse where a new storefront is being created. Aside from the costs to build out the store, and maybe hiring a cashier, there will be no additional costs.
