Dont you see the Edgar sheets? It is approved, this is a pump n dump. Plain and simple. They knew they were going to do this, thus they sent out all the email blasts, have guys come to these sites and call guys like me bashers. They sell as many shares as they can over the years and never make any money or do any actuaul work. THe SEC allows it.

THen the split... It will go up to 20 bucks, or whatever the price, move down into the pennies again, they then create more shares out of thin air. Run more email advertising, etc. talking about what they are "going to do, making money, etc"... Sell more shares and around it goes...

I am not worng ! Think about it, why out of thin air would they do a R/S ? It is really a sad way to lay areound making money off of people. But some don't care...
