I think Bill, FITX et all have reached an all time low point today. It is shear stupidity for a CEO to openly post what he posted onto Facebook earlier today. To threaten with lawsuits is childishness and weak because everyone knows that a lawsuit will has a very poor chance of succeeding and even if it did doesn't accomplish anything.

I will openly criticize Bill and FITX in the hopes that he sees what I post in hopes that he sues me. He can sue me for everything I got which ain't much, so come on Bill let me see the papers. Post my personal info on Facebook. That is a great way for a CEO to spend his time.
