He did at that- you garner a $40 million dollar loan, then the $5 million dilution free dollars from the Novel sale, two successful BE studies, beginning of human liability studies- two new executives hires - one specifically for ART filing, then 3 US patents 1 Canadian - and we all know this Elite is in a different ball game than it was in 2011. AND the valuation said .40 on the low end- guess that means anything BELOW .40 is a steal.

Nasrat's experience alone makes the risk way way low- the way I see it- huge reward on extremely low risk.
