Honestly, I exited at break even. My opinion is that it has potential, seems to have a favorable SS, the addition of K&L Gates is intriguing, but look at their history. The consistently go delinquent, then reinstate. The only thing that is interesting is that the last few reinstatements were by seemingly regular lawyers, and K&L is there on the latest. This company has been searching for a merger for years, just don't have the patience for it right now.
And I bet you do feel battered, the last few months have been a bear market IMO, not that good plays haven't been around. I think sentiment will be changing sometime this month. Look at MYEC. What do you think the SP is gonna do come August 15? Bulls will be running I bet.
I myself have been trying to cut loose some of my straggler positions and focus on consolidating into stronger plays.
