If they are in the AS they will eventually end up in the OS...what would be the reason to risk tanking the price if they knew they did not need them....and to make it worse as the PPS slides further it takes more shares to convert the same debt...

I am speaking from watching this over and over ad nauseam in the OTC....not really fair to Mine because I like the company and like the management....but it is the sad reality of. What will happen
