Why secretive? This is from the meeting agenda today. It is staff recommendation for the amendment we are interested in. Step one is closing the public hearing. I imagine this amendment was passed, and sent to the city council for consideration. We will hear later.

If the Commission desires to recommend the approval of the First Amendment to the
Bannister & I-435 TIF Plan by the City Council, the following actions are required:
Action recommended: (1 of 2) CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING.
(2 of 2) CONCLUDING THAT ALL STATUTORY FINDINGS
REQUIRED BY THE TIF STATUTE TO APPROVE THE FIRST
AMENDMENT TO THE BANNISTER & I-435 TIF PLAN HAVE
BEEN MET AND APPROVAL OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO
THE BANNISTER & I-435 TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
PLAN, ALONG WITH THE TWO ADDITIONAL
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS DESCRIBED BY THE
FIRST AMENDMENT AND FORWARD TO CITY COUNCIL FOR
APPROVAL.
