I am not sure if Bayside Corp has committed much in terms of Oil Scams but last year (around this time) they had released PR that suggested something that was misleading in terms of a huge oil deal...If there is anY munipulation going on it is from some of the insiders selling shares with insider knowledge prior to PR's being released and/or vice versa. Nevertheless, Gordon H Johnson (Chair of the Board) seems like a very honest guy based off of some of the articals I read about him. I think upper-level management is definately having problems managing thier debt and some should be fired or bow out with grace; something like what we witnessed happen earlier this year...Maybe more to follow I suppose...
