Lets see, according to the administration I will not follow existing law, I will unilaterally decide to allow 100,000's of infected, illegal immigrants into the country, will force the states to accept them unconditionally and all on the states dime

SO, why wouldnt the state say, NOPE not exposing my constituents to this risk. I will not deport them except from my state, SO will send them to a federal facility and you can keep them THERE.

They will not be allowed state identification for any purposes and will be denied any assistance that involves state money, PERIOD>

Set up roadblocks on state and local roads OUTSIDE of all federal facilities housing the immigrants and if they venture out onto state controlled land, arrest them for trespassing and send then on the next bus to Washington DC
