Thanks for the info.! Looks like about 60 mil. converted since 3/18 when the I&O was 84,707,673 since they have said that the co. is not diluting personally...just through the notes. On 4/24 as you know Kevin did say that they hope to be rid of these soon...so that sounds to me anyway that they have not issued more in Q2 but who knows at this point. I have emailed him for some clarity/questions on these notes for me and all shareholders. In the CC he seemed to fluff it off as part of a start-up co. but this is certainly a primary concern for current and especially for trying to attract new shareholders. At this point ...imo...unless these notes are nearly done or they come up with some GREAT news to blow through them...we could be at these levels for a while. They have a great team and great drive and will most likely do well in the long run...just tough at this point as it seems much more patience is involved for us as we have waited for quite a while now...we shall see...anything possible in penny land.
