Interesting.... I see it as good news. Without being overly optimistic, it seems Pay Pal sees the writing on the wall. But it looks like they are still using ACH,( which is doomed as new , faster methods become available) but maybe prequalifying businesses for some special program, like an effort to keep as many clients as they can . Soon businesses and individuals will move away from ACH in droves. We are in the right place. MYEC
