Ok a lil dd from a reliable source,first they have 3 properties.the one in use is 801.43 hectacres which to us 1950.acres ,they are using only 7.5 percent rihht now.the property is worth 2-thousand per acre.that makes it worth 4-6million,property alone.there is a 350000 balance owed.they have a water permit at 18 liters per second of which they use only 2liters per second now.leaving plenty to ramp up production when needed.this stock is very undervalued at .10 per share.when the fincials come out this stock should soar.
