We can agree it is their job. Unfortunately many CEO's just don't have the experience necessary to figure out how to promote their company cost effectively and they turn to paid shills like "Green Baron" to figure it out.

I tend to be more of an activist shareholder who like it or not will recommend to CEO's how to do their job... Maybe that makes me obnoxious, but I've seen so many CEO's run good companies into the ground with dumb decisions I can't take for granted the next CEO will be the smart one.
