Der! You have just pointed out to me the asspect of JBs managment platt. Jumped off the PAGE at me. Every step since 2010 JB has redoubled his efforts in not overreporting, in being very conscice, and on only giveing US rpts that are contributory to the plan of action in effect, and all of that without tipping his hand. Remember the RREs could be under a "nolo contadre" "ct" arrangment, and nobody with claims can preemptively just "sprinkle" the MKT with fairytales to dazzel the public. JB in other words has learned not to waste any moves. Also on the high ground asspect, IMO JB takes in hand direction from the LBSR BOD very seriously.
