My pleasure, happy to contribute! The crazy thing is you only need a little. I have been using the liquid boost for a month and I think I'm going to order another. I can't give you specific benefits that I know directly attribute to taking it, but I can say I'm more alert and awake in the morning after I take it. I'm NOT a morning person what so ever and can't wait for the new energy drink. Substituting that for coffee moving forward.
