marijuana LOZENGE delivery methodology and a proprietary marijuana
trauma cream formula.

"Marijuana LOZENGE" is one of CBDS specialties, CBDS wants to replace "marijuana smoking" by "Marijuana LOZENGE".

2) CBDS issued 3,300,677 shares to buy KUSH. We all knows that
CBDS (or any company) doesn't get growth for free. We all know
that: IT TAKES MONEY TO MAKE MONEY. Therefore, CBDS had to
issued shares. In return, CBDS is now a bigger company: CBDS OWNS
KUSH NOW.

AFTER issued shares,CBDS o/s is 15,014,738. which is very small.
