Would someone like to comment on LFWK's published financial statements?

The balance sheet is out of balance by an $ 8 million line item entry. The cash flow doesn't tie to reported cash in the bank. The company they are "merging" with shows six months of sales in accounts receivable. The "merger" doesn't appear to make sense to Consultech at a stock price of less than 20 cents per share.

If LFWK is indeed "naked shorted", why doesn't it appear on the Reg.SHO list?
