Folks Please read this whole post word for word. It's a lot of info. 

First off I want to address the "insiders dumping" BS. 

1) Insiders are NOT selling. If we were.. volume would have been at least 1 billion today. The price would be at .0001 

2) Insiders have to file a form 4 by the SEC to sell shares. Do your research. I do not appreciate being called a two-timing son of a bi*ch because people think I'm selling 

Second of all. The dilution rumor. 

1) It's funny people say that because I happen to know that it is OVER! Dilution is DONE. Yes there was some dilution to finance the business (like 100% of stock market companies). Our share structure is respectable, as was DEW* when it ran to .035 in a week's time. 

2) VFIN, VNDM, and any other "dilutive" MM's have not been active on our L2 for a few days now. Thus supporting my fact that dilution is done. The company is not selling shares, and debt holders have ALREADY converted the outstanding debt into shares and sold. ITS ALL DONE. BEHIND US, GONE, OVER, FINIT! 

Third off: 

We JUSTTTTTT got a PR late last week, are we 2 year olds? Need a PR every 10 minutes to keep the faith? This is one company (of not many) on OTC Pink with a REEEEAAAAALLLLL Product that people ON THIS BOARD have purchased and shipped to their front door. This product has even been DONATED!!!! to various charities by people on this board. So do NOT tell me that NYBD is the "biggest Scam of 2014" as it is infact THE OPPOSITE. 

This management team is dedicated to bringing shareholder value in due time. Just because the stock didn't surge by 100000000% in 2 days doesn't make it fake, or a scam, or a joke. 

Just like many MANY other runners I was in that made me HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and enabled me to QUIT MY DAY JOB!!! and buy nice cars and travel a lot and shop continuously NYBD will do the same.Patience is KEY!!!! SEE THE VISION OF THIS COMPANY!!! 

FOURTH! 

The apple juice delay. Just because an anticipated product launch was delayed does not make it fake. Have you NEVER seen a large corporation fall behind on deadlines???? Playstation was NEVER late releasing a product? Blackberry Was NEVER late releasing a product? 

OFCOURSE!!!! WELCOME TO REAL WORLD PROBLEMS!!! THINGS HAPPEN!!!! Obstacles arise especially for a OTC COMPANY!.

1)Real company 
2)Real products 
3)Verifiable sales 
4)REAL INVENTORY!!! 
5)Share Reduction (I know everyone's arguments to please save it) 
6)Retailer negotiations!! 
7)Delivery vehicles being added to sustain large orders 
8)NATIONAL CAMPAIGN STARTING SOON! 
9)FAMILY FUN CENTERS!!! (great revenue and exposure to key demo!!) 
10)SEC REPORTING!!! FILLINGS UP TO DATE 
11) MUCH MUCH MORE I CANNOT TALK ABOUT!! 

A COMMON QUESTION: Where all these shares coming from? 

DUH!! There is OVER 400million shares NOT Held by insiders. 400 million in CONSTANT rotation. THATS WHERE THEY ARE COMING FROM!! Can people short this stock? SURE!!! Can people panic sell? SURE!!!! 

1 Week ago.. everyone was saying "O great company, pennies potential, so luck y to find this"

THIS WEEK? everyone scared. Which is fine. to each his own. All I know is that my strategy of buying real companies and HOLDING works ten times better than flipping for pocket change, This way I make $100,000 to $300,000 on ONE stock while someone else would have to flip 200 other stocks to make the same profit in a much much longer time span. 

Lots of people missed out on MANY MANY great runs in OTC because they panicked and sold or listened to another person on OTC. That's the nature of the game, and I say "sorry" to you and laugh. Don't let it happen to you again. 

THE NAME CHANGE AND SHARE REDUCTION WILL HAPPEN. MAYBE NOT TODAY, BUT IT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED AND AGREED AND CONFIRMED.
