Bob is an accountant and appears to have fallin into the CEO role. I think this will rebound but will take time since he appears to be learning as he goes. The "learning" is hopeful.

If he adds some peeps to a BOD that can help him with timing then I think this moves faster.

He appears to be working hard but appears to be way off on timing. It's kinda like turning on your coffee maker and then putting the cup in afterwards. Yep, coffee was made and delivered but none went into the cup.
