What happen to the Joint Venture with C-Trade Group, for Heavy Fuel Oil Exports? On July 23rd (2013) Bayside Corp claimed to receive $1,900,000,000 annual purchase order for heavy fuel oil exports.

Are they up to their same tricks again this year? I am expecting another PR release later this month with much promise and even less delivery...Does anyone else agree and/or disagree?
