lol! Makes me laugh too :) he's trying to make the preferred shares sound new when in fact they were already issued prior to the deal to the Corr family. The fact that LVVV converted half of them at a higher rate than the Corr family could have is actually a benefit to the share holders and not something devastating like he's trying to make it sound.
