We are building a Mine !!!! Looks like the latest news PR is clearly painting the picture that PVG is willing to Build the mine themselves with around 80% dilution in shares. My guess is they fund brucejack with 20% royalty or stream and the other 80% internally. Selling shares while the stock is high no doubt.

I hope we get a sell-off on this news.....but I do find it favorable longer term. Link below.
