there is a defined timeframe to designate the new registered agent..

but of course one has to wonder...
could this mean a change of domicile/state?
or simply a change of agent/corp?
or will current legal take over that responsibility?
or could it mean the shell has been sold?
no clue. but studying.
very curious that this change happens relatively soon
after the last form reinstating/curing deliquency, so some kind of
changes are in the air.

apparently does not mean a deliquent status as long as the new registered agent is named within 60 days apparently.

If a new registered agent is not chosen within 30 days from the date of resignation, the business will be designated as “Noncompliant” and 30 days later, “Delinquent” by the Colorado Secretary of State.
