It appears that they raised the A/S because they were running up against the O/S. Looking at the books, there is no way that the promoter was paid in cash. The company appears to have nothing but shares to give or sell, into a dwindling market. Once this gets below .05 the agreement they have in place can change. Look it up. Tell me it's not so. If I was an investor I would run, keep and eye out and grab when it's sub penny.
