If this goes to no bid, ILIV may start entertaining reverse and I am not sure you would be pleased with that scenario seeing you have 8.5 million shares or so.

If medical marijuna has a breakthrough which I think it is starting to have, ILIV should realize a lot of revenue and the stock price should and would take off. It would be nice if and when ILIV has the extra money that they would highly consider share buyback to increase shareholder value rather than look to their next big acquisition. This would benefit not only the shareholders but ILIV further down the road.
