International Star is pleased to announce that the Preliminary Plan of Operation for the Van Demeen gold property in Mohave County, Arizona, was submitted to the Bureau of Land Management ("BLM") late yesterday, July 7th. As previously reported, compilation of this report took slightly longer than anticipated primarily due to the need to configure a plan that mitigates some upfront risks and provides for gold production to commence at an earlier stage.
