freed up a few dollars and am watching

a couple of stocks today .... xlpi, msep, nnsr ... wondering which one i will purchase ... already have some xlpi from the other day, the question to answer is ... do i lower my average here or try to catch a 30% gainer first ... hmmm, will be answered sometime today ...
