Hi all, haven't posted here in a while. Been busy enjoying summer in Maine!

Today's news is befuddling from an investor's perspective because we simply don't know any facts about why the S-3 was rescinded. I encourage everyone to calm down a little and stop proselytizing others to take their point of view because no one has enough information one way or another. I've seen compelling opinions, but that's all they are: opinions.

As a TRTC investor myself, I appreciate informed conversation instead of misinformed postings from people clearly pursuing personal agendas. I choose to block/skip over posts that fall into that category.

As an investing community--short or long--we have a responsibility to disseminate accurate information and disclosures. As more information comes out about TRTC's financing and future financial prospects, I look forward to learning about it here.
