I think the reality would probably be , DP is not "considering" another way but has actually secured other means.

Would TRTC rescind the S-2 if they did not already have a better solution?

My bet is they already have found a better way.
With TRTC's and DP's recient media exposure it is logical (imo) to think
there is a strong possibility of large investment $$$'s being made avalible.
TRTC and DP are obviously becoming the go to's for the financial TV talking heads for the MJ sector..
You can't tell me that someone with deep pockets can't smell the potential.
