Please let's hear your interpretations.. It's pretty upfront in its use of words.

"
Effect: Issuance of any additional shares of common stock would both dilute the equity interest and the earnings per share of existing holders of the Company’s common stock. Such dilution may be substantial depending upon the amount of shares issued. The newly authorized shares will have voting and other rights identical to those of the currently issued common stock. The increase could have a dilutive effect on the voting power of existing stockholders."
