Patience is the Key my Friend...
If you have in fact received an Email back from the company...I am certain it pertains to the proverbial Red Tape coming from Washington State. Unfortunately for us Long Share holders...we were anticipating the 5 Hour High to hit Shelves in Colorado near June 30th just as mentioned in the PR. What wasn't taken into consideration was that it was just an EDUCATED GUESS from Manny. He was using the information that he received from Kush about being able to manufacture the products quickly...
What wasn't taken into consideration when making the statement was the Laws enacted by the State of Washington regarding Edibles and elixirs that could possibly be eaten by children. That and the strict guidelines for production facilities that are REQUIRED to be inspected by State Officials prior to any approvals within the State.
Although it is Unfortunate that Kush Creams manufacturing facilities are within Seattle, Washington, it is very fortunate that we are being imposed to the strict rules and regulations because it makes it that much more unlikely that the SEC would intervein in this particular stock that is following all the rules and not taking short cuts!
The strictest laws are regarding amounts of THC per serving needing to be strictly enforced...and items like cakes and brownies are not typically that Exact because they are made daily and can be made in just about any kitchen. 5 Hour High receipe will only need to be "Perfected", then programmed into the computer...the rest will be automated. No worry about adding too much or too little to each batch made.
This is what Kush is working on now....they want this product to be the Best possible with no negative feed back. They pride themselves to be "Customer Friendly", and want to follow all the rules and regulations to the T...no worry about halts or shut downs.
For this, I am very Estatic, and I believe we all should be as well...Sure, it may take a couple months beyond what our CEO stated in a PR, but I am positive it will be worth the wait.

Besides, gives us time to accumulate more shares!
