you are right moneymarker, VTXB float is locked up, there are no shares for sale of any size, this is set for parabolic mode, this is why I feel we are seeing such quiet buying

it is hard to get shares of size without running the price, we are going $1 levels on this one,

48 mil float with NO dilution and major news events coming
