it's a slow day,so............
since march of this year the OS here has increased by exactly 30mill,not one more not one less.obviously issued to some one,perhaps our V.P. and most likely restricted.prior to that,the increases in OS this year were all issuances of restricted stock also. it would appear the company has not been selling at all for quite some time! which beggs the question.....what knucklehead is selling at 0032????? we have a new V.P.,possibly brought his business with him and who knows what else? i just betcha we find out soon! DIGX
btw..if i wasn't tapped out i'd go after those 3's and i never would have posted this!! ;)
