It's interesting alright. But I'm with Juba. Buy the dump, catch some squeeze and bail. I really can't concern myself with all the news rumblings. The fundamentals are under water. It's a hyper high beta penny stock, so certainly if there's more PR on lawsuits etc., the steps will lead somewhere in the short-term. But that very same PR can halve the thing any given pre-market. Furthermore, that PR upon a pop will be sold. So to my mind, it's just a bit of a scalp play. In the long-run the longs will always lose with NEWL. They always have, and past is prologue. And if some do catch a wave, they had better move their stops and not be greedy like the rest of the road kill on this board since 2010.
I wish I could say I can be convinced there is upside to this play, but it is merely a seat at the roulette table, not even the poker table.
(A) Have very reasonable expectations; (B) Educate yourself and perform due diligence; (C) Don't enter without a strategic plan and target, for both best and worst case scenarios; and (D) Lead inward/outward and never follow.
