Let's look at it this way....

What do you think the value is for the big ad campaign for PRCM?
Maybe it means 50k in revenue for them???

Now what's the market cap for the company?

So basically it's a "free ride" to anyone who would have come in and snapped up all or most of the shares.

Seeing how that never happened shows me the "big ad campaign" is not happening. Never mind the little to no shares traded daily.
