(b) On October 24, 2005, the Company sold 100,000,000 shares of common stock to a European investor for $3,000,000 ($0.03 per share).


This seems to make more sense now. And why is this purchase rarely discussed ? It is huge news. JF should address it as a positive.

This investor paid well OVER market price on October 24th. Perhaps there is more to the purchase than meets the eye.

This could tie into the International plans, imo.
