So Twin Air Calypso is long gone, AvStar Aviation Services is now private (nice of them to let the public know right?)

IMO this LOE has no affect on AAVG. It's most likely BS anyway.

Only possible bright side is its more evidence that this is an empty shell (hopefully clean but I doubt it) and they should be looking hard for a buyer.
