jcrom56, when i mentioned it to paul, he said that someone who had shares for some reason wanted to sell and he thought it was the bad time to sell but said that he had no control of those shares and may have gotten those shares from a love one who may have passed. the good thing about it is that those shares maybe in some long term hands now. paul said that the company was not printing shares to sell and is much aware of increasing the share price. he said that he wants the price to go up much more than the share holders, but he said that in time we will all be very happy. if you can get the time, call him and talk with him. jlt
