There are two problems with this calculation:
1. This is intended to be a make whole provision in the docs, not a rip off provision, so the math is wrong. Based on the five lowest VWAPS to date the total shares owed to IR are about 624 million, including the initial issuance.
2. IR cannot own more than 9.9% of the company. Based on the 20 billion AS that equates to 1.98 billion shares.
