There is some very good news here for those that have held and accumulated during the interminable delay.

The payoff of conv debt is pretty significant and the follow thru on the audits and pipeline filling is pretty remarkable given where SMKY has been.

The fins won't look pretty, but they will be in compliance and he can now move forward.

Things are looking up.

The dawn breaks. Looks pretty good.
