Image Globe Solutions Announces Additional Capital Leasing Initiative

TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 28, 2006 -- Image Globe Solutions, Inc. (Other OTC:IGSS.PK - News) has amended its financing program due to the unsuccessful closing of a previously announced funding in order to meet both the capital requirements and the operational launch timetables that have been previously planned for its "LA Auto Lease(TM)" and other capital leasing opportunities.
In support of these efforts, the Company has secured an agreement with Manulease Capital Equipment Leasing Limited to market and administer an exclusive leasing program centering on a unique software package for professional organizations, such as legal, accounting, consulting and engineering firms. Introduced as a complete file management program for small to medium sized professional offices, Digital Fortress offers an economical alternative to other systems currently available.
Management believes this program will deliver a desirable profit margin similar to the Company's LA Auto Lease(TM). The Company expects to be able to begin funding the first leasing opportunities during the second quarter of 2006.
