A Reply from Randy Hudson,

I contacted Mr Randy on an unrelated matter. At the same time I asked the following question concerning HFBG.

My question:

"HFBG, I know you are very limited on what you can say. BUT, can you at least say when we could expect to hear any news ?"

Here is his answer from July 5th:

"In respect of HFBG, I can state that Mike and I have positioned this company as a consolidated subsidiary of CWIR last week. The company will be conducting a reorganization and redomiciling from Delaware to Colorado in the coming weeks and, thereafter, we will notify FINRA of its current (and past) corporate actions in order to resolve certain long-standing issues between HFBG, the DTCC, FINRA, and OTC Markets. We will provide updates, accordingly."
