I think it was not such a bad thing. Stock targets and TTS Zurich are promoters. Stock Targets is obviously so, but TTS Zurticht is more deeper, and can achieve listing on the European markets. Trageted newsletters to Asia, Europe, America, Canada, S America, etc. is a good tool for entry into those markets.

TTS's stock evaluation system is pretty straightforward. Then TTs notifys all interested in those areas of news, current evaluations, and of emerging business opportunities.

This is a intelligent move on HISC's part, and not just a blowoff PR. It's advertising and a search for investors over large parts of the globe. That's gotta be good. It won't tickle those that are looking for the immediate run, just good for the long term growth of the company. IMO
