Message from Kerry, who is negotiating with PVEC regarding her separation from PVEC:

Hello, everyone,

My children were away for three weeks and returned home this weekend. I have spent the last several days preparing for their return and making up for lost time with them. My apologies for the absence.

It will be later this evening before I can provide any updates, if any will be possible, on PVEC due to negotiations between the company and myself. I am dealing directly with Milan and am awaiting word from him before I know exactly where I stand with regard to my separation from the company. So, I am very much limited in what I can say right now. However, I will say this:

JASON IS NOT CULPABLE IN ANY WRONGDOING AGAINST SHAREHOLDERS OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WITH REGARD TO PVEC.

I am told that the PVEC info has been removed from over yonder. This would be due to the fact that the sites and/or attached content has been deactivated. This is because Jason owns all of it. Not PVEC. With the exception of monies I (and that would be ME) paid Jason for his work, Jason was not paid a dime for all the work he provided the company. Well, there was an invoice paid for monies he took out of his own pocket in order to pay for the necessary equipment, software, registrations, etc., etc., of which he reinvested 4500.00 back into the company. But, other than that, the only money paid to Jason is money I have paid him out of my own pocket. The company has paid nothing. He has attempted to negotiate reimbursement and payment for his services to no avail. He has been beating his head against the proverbial brick wall with regard to this. Finally, he decided that enough is enough.

As I have I said, if you don't pay your electric bill, your electricity will be disconnected. If you don't fuel your vehicle, it will cease to run. If you don't pay your taxes, the IRS will start seizing your belongings or put you in jail even. Same concept if you don't pay for services provided you/your company.

The company is not a scam. It is a bone fide operations and will operate at full capacity if Milan and those that were being brought in to continue the massive cleanup required when Jason and I entered the scene succeed in what is required.

The CEO took incredible liberties with some of us and got a whole lot for very little or next to nothing. But, this is not a situation whereby the CEO or the company is fleecing unsuspecting shareholders to pay for their over lavish lifestyles and investing zero in the company in order to ensure a return to shareholders. But, the CEO did make it very difficult in moving forward with the way he does business. Some of these ways were unknown to both Jason and I until the very end. But, the company is not a scam.

I will try in earnest to provide something this evening. It will probably be late but I will certainly try.

Have a wonderful day, most.

Regards,
Kerry

Kerry first claims that Jason was "not paid a dime" but then admits he was paid for an invoice but invested $4,500 of the invoice proceeds back into the company. She says that other than the invoice payment, SHE has been the only one to compensate Jason.

Why would Kerry use her own funds to compensate Jason?

Kerry also admits that Peter Villiotis takes "incredible liberties" with employees and contractors without paying what they are due. For some reason, she continues to claim that the company is not a scam despite all appearances to the contrary.
