I just keep wondering why they never let this thing run at all! Wouldn't it be better for everyone involved? Let the price occasionally go up, especially on news, that way when you do dilute you get more money per share and at the same time the stock doesn't end up torched into the ground with nobody willing to touch it with a ten foot pole. People can argue that the deal had to be made or didn't, but if they cared one smidge about investors there would have been some stipulations placed on that deal where IR could get there money but in a way that didn't burn the stock and the shareholders to the ground. Instead they just said the hell with it this will pay off our debt so go ahead IR burn it to the ground and shareholders be damned.
