I think the amendment was to change the name to "Adaptive Ad Systems", which would make sense since Adaptive Media was already used but changed to Adaptive Medias, which is a totally different company. All (3) Praebius, Adaptive Media, and Adaptive Ad Systems refer back to the same NVSOS filings.
