Last week trading was a bit low, around 8mil to 16 mil shares. Not a whole lot of volume for any interested party(ies) [IR] to "dump" or unload shares. There were even a lack of T-trades.

Only IMO, but today showed some early strength, supported by decent volume (well, at least better than last week), and the unloading began. And it stayed, both on the Bid and the Ask. Add to this - frustrated investors and we end up with a day like we would regularly have in mid June, with support in the .0024-.0025 range.

Only bright spot, the more shares IR can unload, the faster they can exit this stock.
