UTRM - OK, I didn't get away from the computer. Anyone who believes we will have timely filed financial statements is dreaming...imo.
1. I told you guys earlier that the March 31st statements are wrong. They need to be fixed. There is not one mention of expenses from the time Chris S. took over (Jan 27th) to the end of the quarter on March 31st. It is just plain wrong and needs to be amended.
2. There is way too much going on right now for management to concentrate on their financial statements.
3. Do we have a CFO? A controller? A CPA? A bookkeeper? We don't know the answers to any of these questions. Who is going to prepare the statements?
You are not going to get financial statements until things settle down imo.......(unless you want another garbage statement like the one Chris S. put out).
